Input Grazing Systems - Case Study

  1. High Input equals higher profit per hectare.
  2. More perennial grasses and less weeds with High Input.
  3. Less bare ground and higher soil macro-invertebrate numbers
    with Low Input & cell grazing.
  4. Increase woody native vegetation cover to 10% on both properties
    will have positive production and environmental impacts.
  5. Lower soil plant nutrients and pH associated with Low Input.
  6. Poor water quality on both properties.
  7. Further monitoring will answer questions on long term sustainability
